I can't understand the logic, and he has been here more than many. If you don't like how company is managed, you would simply put your resources (capital and time [like staying in TLRY board at SH]) somewhere else. There are lots of other companies that you may like how the CEO is managing the company if that would be the real issue for you. So, IGNORE.
