A never to be project? The ban on open pit mining has served the company well for it has been an excuse not to demonstrate economics. They had plenty of time to demonstrate prior to the ban. Once the ban is lifted, assuming the project is not restricted from mining through the Kingking River drainage, the next excuse will be the lack of funds in preparing a preliminary/final feasibility study identifying compliant proven/probable ore reserve. Additionally, the likelihood of securing an international mining company as a partner or buyout is next to nothing.
