I guess you could say

Prc.v spin out helps make up for the botched lawsuit against the B.C. government, meanwhile Boss.v ended up with over $30m. Imt.v should have received at least $2m for that Blizzard property. Unfortunately the B.C. government switched hands and all was lost... The property was written off for $1. This spin out helps ease the pain and hope it starts trading soon.
