The trust has to be earned, opacity isn't going to cut it I am afraid. Yes there is constant need for clear communication so investors understand why they should invest in this company and stay invested rather than go with hundreds of similar other small caps. To announce the ATM program and not stating what those $50M are going to be used for to me just doesn't make this company more investable or trustworthy. They said they have learned from previous mistakes and have a plan going forward I really want to see signs that all that wasn't only empty promises. We need to see the cause before the effect. Some might be happy to get diluted not knowing why, not me...
