 However the 3000 acres near the forest is federal and is leased by Desert mountain.  The point is being close to federal lands will bring up issues in the bigger plant and environmental issues of heavy truck traffic, venting, etc.

you and I just see differently because the gas has Co2 and methane and it will be vented according to their diagram on the plant. It is the only place it can go along with the nitrogen.

ou cannot intend to keep it that way.  So you are saying all the rest of wells must have no gas or co2.  They can chose which wells to use but not the composition of what they deliver.

yes they will pick up but DME has to supply pressure to load. If each company has different trucks what a mess supplying since they show no storage Tanks.  My point is I do not think it is well thought out.

I am not convinced they are taking into account the permitting process for the plant or what people might react with federal lands nearby and venting gas and co2.
