Pembina loses IPL Assets

Pembina loses IPL AssetsPembina loses out to BPIC. They will lick their wounds, pocket a nice break-up fee and look for other desirable assets. I am not a fan of PPL's operational excellence or their attitude but AltaGas has some midstream assets and infrastructure that are appealing.
