RE:Excellon and silver prices

RE:Excellon and silver prices
Excellon's stock price showed strong relative strength last week, EXN up 20%, Silver Miners ETF (SILJ) down 15%, Silver prices down 18%. This happening ahead of the FOMC meeting this week which typically is bad for gold, silver and miner's stock prices and may be a signal the next Excellon's stock price uptrend is close to starting. This same type of strong relative strength occurred during Excellon's huge stock price runup in 2016. We shall see.
