As long as management keeps the debt nice and high, shorts will retain control. Expanding their kingdom through acquisitions (like Shell) will keep them in a risky spot.

it is so clear that CPG has been hit with shorts... you can be like reco and have a very johnny on the spot PR team ... or you can be like CPG and do nothing... hence why cpg sp is where it is.... the insiders could help with this .. but maybe they only care about warrants and BMW's
