The 600 000 $ has been or will have been spent in a short time,,,So the additional fee is 3% .
But I am 10000000000% sure they will draw the whole amount,,,,,,,,,

Had a quick read thru....Costs estimated at 600000$ not including the 3% fee on the gross proceed payable to Cantor ...ie 1.5 million$ if they end up issuing the full 50 million$
