Very Disappointing

Very Disappointing
Very disappointing that the merger with Pembina has been terminated.  I was looking forward to continuing to participate in Heartland with Pembina.  Unfortunately Heartland will be lost inside Brookfield and a very small component of the business, compared to the impact it could have had for Pembina.

Wishful thinking probably, but I would like to see Pembina acquire some of the IPL assets including Heartland from Brookfield or as a joint deal with Brookfield to split up IPL.

The taxable Brookfield cash was never of interest to me and not really higher than the PPL merger valuation.
