BIPC vs BIP

BIPC vs BIPTwo weeks ago BIPC shares were trading at an unusually high premium to BIP shares of 40%. As the IPL deal progresses the premium is narrowing (at 20% today). I suspect a 10-15% premium might be justified by the tax advantage, to some, of the corporate share versus LP relationship of BIPC and BIP.
