On the Exploits insider sale to Sprott, which took Eric to over 30%, it was arranged as a private transaction.
The big difference here though, is whether Eric and Rob would be able to agree on a correct $ value, since it would be be an enormously larger amount regardless off the share price value.
If they could, I don't know if it would be acceptable to the authorities as a private transaction (like the Exploits agreement), or if he'd have to receive a vote from the shareholders (like in his Sokoman move to control status).
