They are having dificulties to hire truck drivers. They need like 10 drivers. Additional operating costs would be overmatched by sale increase. In addition, they will transfere additional cost to customers with price increases.

EBITDA margin are good too. Expecting strong Q3 2021 numbers. Even better for Q4.
