Indeed, with the debt conversion, new ownership of the shares through conversion alone is 45.9%

This does not account for the shares of GWA already held by various go-eastern entities prior to the conversion. Arranging for majority voting, anyone?

However, as (rightfully) quoted, Deng pointed out: "It doesn't matter if the cat is black or white, as long as it catches mice"

Or in this case, whether it's Gowest or Goeast, as long as it mines, refines, and produces gold (and creates shareholder value) it will be glorious.
