Koryx Copper Inc. is a Canadian copper development company focused on advancing the 100% owned, PEA-stage Haib Copper Project in Namibia whilst also building a portfolio of copper exploration licenses in Zambia. Haib is a large and advanced copper/molybdenum porphyry deposit in southern Namibia. The Haib Copper project, Exploration and Prospecting License 3140, is held by Haib Minerals (PTY) Ltd, a Namibian corporation fully held by the Company. It holds the option to acquire up to 80% of three large scale exploration licenses in the copper belt in Zambia. The licenses include Luanshya West project (LEL 23247), Chililabombwe project (LEL 23247), and Mpongwe project (LEL 23248). The licenses cover about 752 square kilometers in the Central African Copper belt. LEL 23247 is situated in the center of the Zambian Copper belt, which forms part of the Central African Copper belt. The three licenses sits on the same side of the Copperbelt, which hosts nine large copper mines.

RE:RE:Court order

RE:RE:Court orderMomo
The company is preparing to file in the international courts but the process is too long to avoid the rights being given to another company.  Their only move is what they are doing filing locally to halt any process which sees the right being given to another.  That said,  I suspect they lose any case they file international or otherwise.  It seems to me they did not meet the conditions of the license that is pretty clear.  In fact, they admit they did not meet the conditions of the license but they argue that because they kept the Ministry informed that they were not going to meet the conditions and because they were of aware of it and did not make any objections that was somehow OK.  So I tell you that I am going to blow up you car and you did not object somehow blowing up your car is not a crime and you cannot bring a lawsuit against me lol.

Seems to me if you have a license and you are not going to meet the conditions in any manner you do not keep the Ministry informed but in wrting ask the question ie like guys is this OK.  Heck an e-mail from the Ministry saying sure that is fine anything.  Even when it is not government a private deal if you are not going to meet the conditions you know you could lose the rights so you usually have to pay some penalty and get a revised written agreement.

Having said all that it would seem going to court locally makes more sense the judges come cheaper wink wink nod nod ya know what I mean!
