RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Update from BorisTG, I am not a lawyer but I think that lying and misleading are two different avenues in the legal world. Boris may not be lying, but remaining quiet on a topic or not giving full information would be misleading, but not lying. Anyway, he (and all micro-cap TSXV’ers) knows the likelihood of compliance branches coming after Stans because of a shareholder accusation of lying are near zero. You want legal action then you the individual shareholder have to spend the bucks (lots and lots of them). Hence the concept of something being illegal or a lie is within the perview of the courts and you the individual shareholder have to prove it.
As to past MOUs for JVs with official arms of the Russian gov’, I would put that likelihood in the same category as individual shareholder legal action against Stans. However, below is an example (taken from another forum) that, IMO, is the only avenue for Stans to emerge with anything different to that which they already have, which is I fear, basically zero at the moment.
