RE:Buyout? ... These things typically take 6 months. It requires a data room to be opened (which I am sure it was a few weeks ago when it was announced), then suitors need to do their due diligence in the data room, then there is a negotiating period. I would estimate that process would take 6 months. We are a month into it so maybe we hear soemthing in 3-5 months. Till then, this thing trades ridiculously cheap on a multiple basis, which is perhaps a reason a suitor moves quicker on it. It could be a very competitive process. Who knows the final outcome but given there is no float in this stock and the valuation is super cheap at 5x Ev/Ebitda (vs comps in the 13x range), I just don't see how this thing gets sold for less than $4.00.
