ALMONTY - LARGEST TUNGSTEN MINE OUTSIDE OF CHINA

ALMONTY - LARGEST TUNGSTEN MINE OUTSIDE OF CHINAThe fields of application for tungsten are varied, but the main problem facing western industrial groups is that China has the upper hand over 80% of the world's tungsten, because these are produced in China. To reduce dependency, the Canadian tungsten company Almonty Industries (WKN: A1JSSD ISIN: CA0203981034 Ticker: ALI) has bought the largest tungsten mine outside of China, the South Korean Sangdong Mine, and is currently reactivating it. The reactivation phase should be completed and put into operation by 2022. With the planned start of production in 2022, this mine will account for around 30% of non-Chinese tungsten world production and around 7-10% of world production. With the purchase guarantee of the tungsten for 15 years over a volume of 750 million CAD by the Austrian Plansee group,Almonty Industries has already secured annual revenues of CAD 50 million. Even if the Almonty Industries share has already doubled in the past 12 months and is currently being consolidated, this share is a clear buy in the long term.
