Interesting theory which could be right on the money.  I am just hoping that this is not just a play to increase the stock price before appying for a financing,  Found that this is the case all to often.  In any case it is good to see buyer hitting the ASK price,  Just wondering if the locals aroung the Palmer property are not seeing some activity that is possibly responsible for the increased trading, Good Luck all,
