RE:RE:Increase in equity by a few millionNot sure I buy into that number Charlie. By my reckoning, you are using total assets and ignoring the liabilities...payables, deferred taxes.
A better number (IMO) is the shareholder equity number 32,140k and divide that by the share count 1,808,360 which equates to 17.77 per share.
The 32mm number includes the FMV adjustments in comprehensive income so that it tries to show the most current NAV it can
What would a buyer pay for each share? Certainly that as a minimum...but I expect more value due to Goodwill and other intangibles.

This is what I get from the management discussion paper on Sedar: Total Assets net worth which includes property, investments and cash is $37,502,000, shares outstanding which includes all shares 1,808,360 which would give us a NAV of $20.73 a share. I would consider this fairly accurate because of the recent property assessment values. Becker has no debt around $800,000 cash on hand and investments valued at $4.7M mostly Couche-Tard shares and bank notes. So in my books with a NAV of $20.73 and we are trading under $14/share we are undervalued by a significant amount. Cheers Charlie.
