Might be some accounting magic when it comes to a trust disposing of the shares, but the overall is Peter pays less tax the lower the share price, while accomplishing his objective of attaining clear majority share ownership.

His selling seems to be accounting for a significant portion of the daily volume, which pushes and which will likely continue to push the scale 'down' on the share price, until he's done by August 6, 2021. 

The game now may be to keep cash on the sidelines, watch continuously if when there is a positive material change, and if that were to happen, at that time leap back in.
