RE:Peaches Q’s Emailed

Response from Myke via email:

Thanks -----, happy to provide responses. I note that you are providing questions from other investors posts on a bulletin board, I am happy to speak with them if they’d like. I would advise any investor take information posted on public boards with a grain of salt as motivations are never clear. And to be honest, some posters have hurled some pretty nasty abuse at me and the company. I am always willing to have a respectful conversation about our company, our prospects and our challenges but when the insults get personal I tend not to respond. This is not directed at you, I appreciate your interest and investment. Finally, I cannot offer any investment advice nor provide any information that isn’t publicly disclosed.

  1. I own shares, absolutely. Full disclosure for all insiders is available at www.sedi.com. During the last couple of years, when we were cash constrained, I took shares instead of pay to ensure that all available capital was directed to our operating company. I am fully aligned with shareholders and am committed to creating long-term value. If I buy or sell any shares it will be disclosed on www.sedi.com. A lot of my personal money is invested in Solar Alliance. I did participate in the most recent private placement at $.42, investing approximately $70,000.
  2. The power purchase price we are paid is confidential information, but we did disclose that the projects have internal rates of return of between 7-9% which is our target for this stage of project acquisition. As we develop, own and operated projects starting at an earlier stage that IRR would increase. Eventually we will break out revenue from assets we own in our financial statements so that investors can see what the breakdown is between ownership revenue and revenue from selling and building for third party customers.
  3. We continue to test the Powershed with robotic mower manufacturers at several sites. We have submitted our full patent application and continue to seek partners to commercialize Powershed. If there are any material developments we will issue a news release, but we are making good progress.
  4. We do not prioritize the US capital market over Canada. As a Canadian-listed company much of our investor relations efforts are focused here. In terms of our listing, the TSX main board is a good option and one we are assessing that in concert with looking at NASDAQ. Nothing is imminent and again, any decision would be communicated by way of news release.
  5. These EV sales are included in our financial statements revenue line, but the bulk of our revenue comes from the sale and installation of solar systems so we don’t break out individual EV charger sales. Having said that, they are a great product offering that many customers take advantage of and appreciate that we offer.
  6. Not sure what this refers to, but all insider transactions are available at www.sedi.com.
  7. Not sure what this refers to. The only way to invest in SOLR is through the public market, there is only one class of share.
  8.

Hi again Myke

Last email inquiry and I’ll stop pestering you! One investor has requested I email you with his/her concerns/questions. Some of them may be a little crass, or directed at private information. If there is anything which is over the line, please disregard or indicate “not able to provide information”.

1. Do you have any public shares? If so, do you plan on adding more to “average down”?

2. What was the reason for putting out news releases about spending approx $1.3 million for the 30 year contracts, but not to include projected revenue amounts which SOLR anticipates seeing from them (even if that projection is based on present day’s value)?

3. What is happening with Solarshed? Why is nobody hearing anything about it?

4. It seems you are only interested in the American (USA) exchanges over Canadian exchanges. Would this be true? Wouldn’t it be easier to aim for the TSX instead of straight to the top on the USA’s exchanges (moving from TSX V to TSX would be a more reasonable goal)?

5. What is the reason you have not put out any news releases regarding how many EV stations SOLR has built to date?

6. (Confusing question here- apologies in advance, I am trying to paraphrase this individual’s appalling typing skills) Are you going to DRS (Direct Registration System) all the insider shares and post a news release about it? Is the company not interested in showing potential investors they e protected themselves from any future shorting/stock manipulation?

7. (Crass) Should people stop buying V.SOLR and invest directly with the company instead? Seems as though the company cannot hold or maintain any real markets value.

Looking forward to hearing from you again soon.

Thanks as always!
