RE:RE:Andrew McCreathNCIB share buyback needs to be for 5% to 10% of outstanding shares so 5% of outstanding @$7/share is a $175 million commitment over a year.
I think it is more likely the Preferred Shares get bought back from CDPQ for $185 million after August 19.
I'm not expecting a common share buyback program or a dividend announcement on this Quarterly earnings. Maybe when the company is debt-free and definitely once Phase 2 is producing. Let's see how much the cash-on-hand amounts to after this call.
