Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. The Company develops and commercializes a treatment for septic shock utilizing its Endotoxin Activity Assay (EAA) diagnostic and the Toraymyxin therapeutic (PMX). PMX is a therapeutic hemoperfusion device that removes endotoxin, which can cause sepsis, from the bloodstream and is guided by the Company’s EAA. BSW you seemed to be just a shareholder upset at the company's management when you started posting a few days ago. But you reveal so much more of who you are with your five posts (so much detail!). So I think you're from the other side (the dark side). As such shame on you.

And insiders taking up to 25% of a financing that has the potential to be dilutive to the extent of 20% of the company equity (5%!!!) is not minor and insignificant. Anybody believing that or selling that is either an idiot or part of the problem. Perhaps both.
