The Project is a copper-gold mineral reserve located at Sitio Gumayan, Barangay King-king, Municipality of Pantukan, Davao de Oro, on Mindanao Island, Philippines. Its deposit is a porphyry copper-gold deposit hosted primarily by porphyritic hornblende diorites, submarine volcanic rocks, and volcanoclastic sediments. The sulfide copper mineralization in the King-king deposit consists of chalcopyrite and bornite, with lesser amounts of chalcocite, digenite, and covellite.

The ban should never have occurred and just substantiates doing mining business in the PI is unattractive.  

Economics and securing a real mining partner is not incidental by any means.  They are the only significant milestones to be acheived followed by construction and production.  The project is not attractive to any major miners.  It has floundered for three-decades.  

Given your statement "money will pour in quickly", infers once the ban is lifted a jv partner announcement will immediately follow.  It's not going to happen.
