The Stoughton Abitibi property is located approximately 110 kilometers east of Timmins and 50 kilometers northeast of Kirkland Lake.

So this is how they run the company. Three board members resign. No explanation given .  Company will be in default in four days unless deal done.  


stock price at rock bottom. No money to pay bills.  Yet people o the board still say all running great

doesnt look good to me
