well done

well doneif you caught the latest spikes over at the Jones camp.

THC is a difficult product to work with because of the special licensing and inspections.  Rules coming out the yinyang and a changing playing field.

I know this because I am invested in several cannabinoid infused beverage stocks and they are all struggling in their respective playgrounds with over-regulation, time delays for proper licensing and inspections.

I took a position early in Tinley Beverages who are just now, a legal functional entity in Long Beach California with a brand new facility designed with thc infused beverages in mine.  It is reputed to be the largest in California and are in a region with extremely low tax rates for this type of manufactured products.  California is also a large concentrated market about the same population as Canada, a good place to launch a thc beverage line in a pro pot environment.

I also own Canopy Growth shares who have California in the crosshairs but no products on shelves yet, like Jones in Seattle!

I am also invested in a couple of others who are producing powder packs for your beverage of choice as an additive and another who have declared that they will have a thc infused beverage on shelves in July.

Tinley is my largest investment in this category that have lost their magic and cratered their shareprice despite all that they have done in California.

Some say that nobody likes their products but I have watched Canopy Growth successfully launch some terrible tasting products in Canada and they are marvelling over the increase in sales which I attribute to being first to market, so more of a novelty win than a solid marketshare product line.

They are the big Kahuna and I expect them to improve their products or buy someone who has award winning products, possibly Tinley, but this type of product is more than sugar, water and some flavourings.

The science has delivered rapid onset and offset products that are emulating beverage alcohol with a thc buzz instead of an alcohol buzz.  They also have less calories and sugar which is very appealing, especially to consumers with health problems like diabetes or obesity or just a little on the large side.

No hangover either from the THC options!

When I first bought Tinley I thought it was a pitbull but lately I'm not so sure, especially when I see Jones coming out swinging for the fences with intention.  I want to think that we are more than the bait dog to stir the rest up!
