Rising NAV/u

Rising NAV/uAs of Jun. 30/21; NAV/u is $12.44/u (U.S.) using a cap rate of 7% down from 7.34% on Dec.31/20. When the 25 new Centers are added this Q at still lower cap rates NAV/u should rise further with a corresponding jump in market price. In addition, the POR should drop as AFFO/u improves.
