CommonCents a yes vote is important but my thoughts

CommonCents a yes vote is important but my thoughtslead me to believe Irwin Simon has two options. Back in the Aphria days, Irwin Simon said we do not need a larger partner we can travel this road alone. Certainly he is proving that creating the largest cannabis company and blowing dust at Canopy which is backed by a major player. Irwin's first road to take is solo and having us achieve our goals without a buy in. He does however have that option of a major partner coming in should he feel he doesn't have the financial support by the shareholders. He decided to ask permission he can also dilute with board approval if needed without taking a vote from shareholders. He's has many options. It's all progress for Tilray no matter the outcome
