Have a look at Highland Copper, HI
HI is a Quebec company with an incredible copper asset in northern Michigan, still under the radar.  The acquisition of the asset took years to meet the conditions, but has finally gone through, with the support of a major shareholder.

Coincidentally, HI's market cap is similar to DAN's.  The big difference in HI's case is that it's not about waiting for the price of the product to go up in order for the project to be viable.  The PEA was done at a copper price of $3.  So try calculating what the NPV of the project is with copper well over $4.

You can call the CEO for more info.
