RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Update from BorisIf I was going to take legal action against anyone it would be the Ontario Securities Commission. Remember the OSC gave every company in Ontario an extra 45 days to file documents needed on or before June 1st 2020 back in April 2020. Stan's Energy was within the extra time frame period when they got hit with the CTO so the CTO is on shaky legal ground. Then twice during the review process the OSC took an unreasonable amount of time to respond to the company. Once from April 30th to mid June and once from mid June to July. Which could be seen as abuse of process.
