RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:the Record Day     Just one question.  If you like ELY's assets, why not take GROY stock in exchange?

     You apparently trusted management when you made your investment in ELY and they have acquired quality assets.  There are synergies that will be created by the combination.  I have to trust that ELY management negotiated the best deal they could get.  The Gold Royalty IPO was very successful and that company will get a nice leg up with this exchange.

     Just curious; you may know more than I do about this; has Sprott announced he will be seeking the cash or will he exchange his shares for stock?  You said he's going to "take the money and run."  I don't get that from reading the NR about his support for the arrangement.
