Zion - Reverse splits have not been positive for me in 2021. 3 stocks come to mind - SCR, BRAG and VMC. All have taken a drastic drop when they announced a planned RS to get to Nasdaq. I know others will say the opposite pointing to other various stocks in their portfolio. Point is you don't know how the market will react to such news when announced. It really is 50/50.

To accommodate any possibility of a drop in price, I think the RS will be closer to a 10 to 1 and not a 5 to 1.
