RE:RE:The OSC could be directly responsible for investor losses ifThe company was negoiating with their former audtior that's why it took so long to start the process.

But how do you explain the OSC taking over a month to respond to the company when they knew the answer to thier own question from April 30 to mid June? It doesn't make any sense unless you look at it from a perspective that the OSC is stalling and trying to keep the company halted to bankruptcy. Around the end of April the OSC asked the company why they didnt tell shareholders  the full extent of the funding agreements. The company responded on April 30th saying they got an exemption directly from the OSC. The OSC had to already know that so the over a month wait for a response was excessive and unreasonable. It's not like the OSC was waiting for a response themselves from a third party.
