Mwx news release means:

ETI think twice about legal action, maybe our process is different enough.
We have more than one scientist/engineer working on this.
Reading between the lines doing a test on a Spanish site might indicate more involvement with Spanish govt. or miners, "The Company believes that with further refinement OAR could be utilized to return this project to an operational status" So do we have a site? time will tell.
Sets the stage for spin off of Cahegin as we will have cat cs and now environmentally sensitive gold sites for future growth.
Lost opportunity to give a nod to cat c and cahegin saying we are on plan or close
Demonstrates the continued improvement in communication especially when compared to ETI
