Charts only give possibilities, not certainties... saying that for the novices on this forum. Yesterday, there were two possibilities: 1) the downtrend continues, which you called, and by today's look, the downtrend will be confirmed and yesterday's numbers were an anomaly. The second possibility was a trend reversal - that doesn't look like it will happen soon.

Congrats...:-)

Right you are, Zay.
TILRAY Reports Q4 Net Revenue increased 25% to US$142.2 Million, and the share price goes $2 up.

You need a timeline to talk about downtrend

We are already in daily (one of the most popular timeline) downtrend.

Indeed, usually you need to look at larger time frames, then go to shorter ones. As one time frame can contradict the others. So I mostly rely on a one-day time frame over a 6-month period, as it gives me a semse where things are going. If you are a day-trader, which I'm not, you might want to look at a one-minute time frame as your decisions have to be quick and fast.

On the daily we are still in a downtrend as we have not reached the last lower high of 5.70 CAD.
We rejected right on daily EMA 12 at 5.54 CAD.

Daily bounce on the way because we are higher than previous daily candle, however we are still in a downtrend.

Hope that helps. Really hope to break 5.70 CAD as soon as possible to get out of that daily downtrend.

We again rejected on daily EMA 12 (5.48 CAD, it is more clear on the USD chart 4.37 USD).
Bears/Shorts are probably watching it to continue the downtrend, might be worth looking at it for a quick swing trade next time we touch it.
