FB Numbers & Settlement: Comments

If we work with the Q2 FB Numbers don't we end up with 1.3bn cash payment then 1.17bn "tail" over 7 years? How's the "tail" split? 50/50? Maybe the differences in the YOY numbers are incidental and not related? I myself don't know...Should we speculate on this?
