RE:A hostile bid >>> patchh please explain >>>patchh FYI ... I posted this before seeing your last post

  • Are you trying to say that you think a group is coming together to make a hostile bid?
  • Are you trying to say they intend to evade securities laws by somehow buying up blocks under 2% or 5% and later assembling these as a larger block
  • are yopu suggesting that somehow the rolling average price is being supressed to help do so?
  • Are you suggesting they are going to collude with Pala or that they are arrempting to wrest control from Pala? (If so, how?)
  • Are you saying the environmental law battles will have a bearing on any such game you seem to allude to or is that just a side bar that will, at most, effect the ease or difficulty of new permits such as road or rail improvements etc.
All this cloak and dagger stuff seems unlikely to me, or at least it simply does not make sense. The alignment of interests look to me like Pala just wants to monetize a long term, stuggling investment by either turning it into a 50 year cash flow generator and or by getting the mine production and resource up to a point where it can be sold at a much higher price in sooner or later.

I don't think that anything we write or debate here has any realistic influence on either the stock price or any descisions made by bigger players, be they buyers, banks or current big shareholders so just lay it out.

Cheers,
Notgnu
