Around the 23 min mark. Stock price was at .99 when this was made. He said the same thing when the stock price was around .50-.60 with LD micro video but he quoted approximately $1.50 as a price point to raise funds. That's why I was a bit surprised they pulled the trigger early. 


But it definitely sounds like this was done to accelerate the M&A strategy. We touched $1.50 and as I showed earlier with dilution at 1.20 it puts us around 95 mil. I bet he had the 100 million mark in mind to execute. 


Either way, I love the way this company is headed and excited to see this play out a bit faster than originally anticipated. They'll likely not touch the debt either as it's all interest free.
