Didn't understand the question about Treaty?   was it treaty?  Xavier chuckled and said something about lets talk about the drilling that is soon to begin... and that he didn't want to jinx it.

 Other-wise, terrific insight into how  and what is involved getting a Company like Touchstone to where it is today. Liked everything about the broadcast, esp. the seismic methodology...that's got to be some really hard slugging through the jungle!
