RE:RE:RE:Xavier Moonan Presented today (not Friday)
The seismic they just completed was 2D seismic. Samuel just asked if they were going to jump straight to 3D seismic, which is helpful in field development. Xavier just chuckled and said, let's drill the well first. They do have some development wells pencilled in on their presentation slide, so it was a fair question. But generally they wouldn't do do much advanced field development until it is clear they have a new discovery.
I think the machine transcription simply made an error with the "treaty" word. The audible is low and it hard to catch it all clearly.
This is the exact information I got back from AAPG when I asked them to repeat Samuel's question: -
"Samuel asked Xavier if Touchstone will consider acquiring a 3D seismic survy over the Royston area, to which Xavier said...let's drill Royston first. With more discoveries the sky is the limit."
