RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:AGCO conference - team looking for PA tech acquisitions I understand investor frustration with individual stocks (dt_core - check your mail) and our point about low volumes shows how long the company has disappointed. Honestly , if you checked the financials for the last 5 years why would anybody buy shares?
ON the other hand , at least no share issuance throught that time.
This may be a situation where everybody thinks the company is going to stay inexpensive so why bother buying the company?  especially with revenue not increasing .
The way , we would find out is in the background to an arrangement section of a shareholder circular that outlines an offer.
