RE:RE:RE:you lose again francois, and me i post once:)

It's natural Mr. 33 you would not be aware of the privileged information surrounding this lawsuit, only the circle of approximately 700 plaintiffs, it's the victims of Thomson's corporate greed that fight for justice who are! We are a strong united  group with hard evidence to support our case moving forward. Thomvest should be very concerned, actually I know they are. None of us intend on jeopardizing our quest by responding to your  questions or misunderstandings here.

As a Liminal investor or onlooker the concern should be that Liminal et all are being held accountable for their unethical, underhanded actions against the long term Prometic investors. Anyone who conducts a little research can quickly understand what they have done to investors and this company, especially a judge! This behavior on our stock exchange needs to be exposed so that future Canadian investments aren't stolen by corporate predators by the likes of the Thomson's again. Their behavior will be widely known soon enough.

Wheather Thomvest finishes off stealing this company and winds it down themselves or this lawsuit wipes them out either way the piper will get paid, not to worry Mr. 33. :)
