Here is how I see the Calendar year playing out

Q1 & Q2 $1 million total (mix of SAAS and devices)

Q3 $2 million ended Q2 at a run rate of $1.5 million per quarter plus some growth. (Mostly SAAS)

Q4 $4 million (All SAAS)

If they add 20,000 patients between July and the end of the year as stated (10,000 at the end of June and 30,000 total at year end) there would likely be 20,000 devices sold @ $150/device would be another $3 million which gets us to $10 million.  That's close enough to 11 million for me.
