RE:Retail Press ReleaseHello everyone,
I love all the analysis this week; I am confident in DCM's future, and I'm glad everyone on stockhouse is on the same page.
As you saw yesterday, DCM has some great revenue opportunities, and I believe in management's ability to capitalize on them.
To add to warrenbuffetwho post, I also see huge growth in some of the following opportunities.
- A massive increase in DCM FLEX which has higher margins and long-term contracts
- DCM "evolving markets" aka cannabis, as more stores open in Canada, DCM cannabis labels revenue will accelerate
- I also see some tremendous opportunities in the US for cannabis as more states legalize it by 2025
- DCM DAM- DCM has been using digital asset management for many years but has never marketed it. As more clients switch to digital, I can see huge opportunities for DCM to accelerate their DAM into those clients.
- I expect print to stay stable, but the sales team transitioning some into the flex program with much higher margins.
- Increased marking and IR- DCM is now in a huge transition, and with all this incredible momentum, they will now be able to tell the market their story. There is no question about DCM being undervalued. It will just take some time as more eyes see DCM and become part of this community. I was on the DCM website looking for yesterday's press release, and wow, it looks fantastic. Look at the new IR website (I will link below). You can tell they are getting ready for something big as that new landing page looks 100X better than the last.
The new CEO, Richard, has really shown he knows what he's doing. DCM closed at $0.71 on April 1st (first day of Q2) and closed at $1.42 on June 30th (last day of Q2). This represents a 100% increase in Q2, and you can tell from Richard's confidence that he does not expect it to slow down. From this week's price targets of $3 to $10.20, we all see accelerated growth in DCM in the next couple of years. I am happy I am a part of this community, and I will continue to add $DCM when it dips.
Thanks everyone,
Enjoy the long weekend and get ready for next week's momentum as we get closer to earnings.
