RE:RE:RE:A Change in Control?As Electrum trade  at .27 got shown it certainly dropped the trading price.  Good to see it quickly rebound to to close to .40.  Someone is accumulating.  What are the thoughts out there?  Don't see any insider accumulation trade being declared.  Tognotti behind the scenes???  Dowa??? Some retail investors knowing something not yet put out on the news???  Who knows.  Good to see some interest return to this stock,
