RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:No clear future directionIn the post below I does mention
"Escrow Shares".
Escrow is a process whereby money or a financial asset is held by a third party on behalf of two other parties. The assets or funds that are held in Escrow remain there and are
not released until all the obligations outlined in the agreement are fulfilled. Escrow reduce the risk in a transaction by having a third party hold the assets, with prevent one party from having to pursue the other party for the funds or assets.

In the same Pressrelease DM said " Datametrex intend to expand the Perspectum platform into the company's cybersecurity business by integrating DM own AI tech with Perspectum".
The $1.7 million revenue is for Perspectum tech alone, if Datametrex integrate their own tech with Perspectum, revenue could be much higher(interesting acquisition).

I posted a while ago a Dun and Bradstreet report showing Perspectum had revenue of $1.7M so are you talking about Revenue of Half Million or a gross profit of half a million. Please let me know where you found half a Million of revenue, I am interested to know. If you go on the Dun and Bradstreet's website and type perspectum you should be able to see the $1.7M revenue that i am referring to.
