The Stoughton Abitibi property is located approximately 110 kilometers east of Timmins and 50 kilometers northeast of Kirkland Lake.

RE:RE:NewsMudcreek, I think what BNPP demanded and got was reasonable assurance that a buy out/reorganization is
imminent and accretive to their position. Which should be good for shareholders but its not a lock yet(for us).
