For the most part, these smaller blocks are funds cleaning out their holdings for their quarterly reports and for cash to pay for redemptions.

Burgundy has been the largest seller but not of late.
That too may be forced selling to pay for redemptions by its holders.

There are many reasons why you may have to sell, but none why you have to buy..
