RE:Harte valuation The numbers look good on paper but there is always more to it than straight numbers.  Even prior managers are unhappy with the current management group.

I still think the Appian board appointees have left to clear the way for acquisition but I may be wrong.  I am thinking the recent announcements had significant implied information to prop up the sp. 

At the end of the day, an acquisition price will be determined by the potential of the property more than the value of assets.  .50?  doubtful in my opinion but I don't think Appian will agree to anything under .30.
